UK-based CT Travel Group is taking over Travel Solutions in Jersey and Guernsey.
The Kent firm has been trading for more than 30 years and says all existing business booked with Travel Solutions is protected.
In a statement, it said: “CT Travel Group is a reputable, long-standing travel company with a current turnover in excess of £30m and is a trusted and regulated business. CT Travel Group currently operates worldwide and, for added peace of mind, are members of ABTA & AITO and hold ATOL & IATA licences.”
Travel Solutions will soon be rebranded as part of the buyout.
