Richard Griffin, a stalwart of Guernsey’s hospitality industry, has returned as owner of Muse Café and Deli in St Peter Port.
Richard has a long history in the sector, and many will remember him from his successful stint at ‘The Square’ in Guernsey’s Market Square.
“I am delighted to be back doing what I love best,” said Richard.
“I was given the opportunity to buy Muse and it was something I just couldn’t turn down. With the Muse ethos of fresh food, cooked well, and our outside catering service, I am relishing my return.
“We have a brand-new chef at Muse too, and I am working with him to bring some exciting new dishes to the menu in due course.”
