The team at Source Recruitment is delighted to welcome back Shauna Gallienne as a Senior Recruiter.
Shauna has recently returned to the island after working in the UK recruitment market and she will work on both temporary and permanent placements across all sectors and levels of seniority.
Her time in the UK was spent at a large recruitment agency in Brighton where she honed her recruitment expertise. Shauna brings back different perspectives gained from her time in the UK and a broader range of business development skills; she is looking forward to rekindling her existing client relationships and building new ones.
With a BA(Hons) in English Literature and Language and a REC certificate, Shauna worked within the finance industry for seven years prior to starting her career in recruitment. Her UK and Guernsey roles in treasury, private banking, CDD and compliance help her to understand the recruitment challenges and needs of the local finance industry.
Shauna said: “I was extremely flattered that Source invited me to rejoin the team, which reflects our mutual respect and shared recruitment ethos.
“I’m bringing back the experience I gained in the UK, working in a large, competitive market, and I can now utilise what I’ve learnt along with my knowledge of the local business community in my role at Source”.
