Channel Islands based marketing agency Oi has announced two new members to its leadership team and agency-wide promotions.
Nick Stewart, former Bacardi Global Head of Digital, who has been working at Oi for the past six months, has been promoted to Head of Strategy across the Channel Island marketing agency. He is a very experienced, strategically-minded marketing communications specialist with a wealth of experience in creating effective above the line, integrated – and particularly digital – marketing activity for local and global businesses.
Nick has been a client, leading the global digital team at Bacardi, a $6BN global business, increasing both the profile of and spend on digital marketing around the world during his tenure. He has also spent time in high profile advertising agencies, run strategy and analytics teams for global agency networks, and jointly founded two start-ups, establishing strategy and data practices.
Victoria Falla has been promoted to Head of Planning and Clients, and also joins the agency’s leadership team. Victoria has over 12 years’ London agency experience delivering stand out and effective integrated campaigns for the likes of O2, Victorinox, Lacoste, Intel, Smart Energy and Deezer. She loves to carefully manage client expectations, nurture creativity, and achieve effective work that achieves great results. Getting clients to think beyond the obvious, and out of category, is her ‘thing’.
Charlotte Newton has been promoted to a Client Director and Lydia Barratt has been promoted to Client Manager. Liam Nunn and Paula Hindley have been promoted to Creative Leads, Charlie Tostevin to Senior Creative, and Lydia Trow and Phoebe Orr to Creatives.
Brad Chellingworth has been promoted to Head of Development and, following recent major new business wins, the agency is recruiting digital marketing and development specialists in the islands and Asia, where it has been expanding its digital and delivery teams.
“We’re coming out of COVID as a much stronger agency, that is still independent and impartial, ready for the brand new world we have entered,” said Peter Grange, Oi Managing Director.
“I am super proud of the way the whole Oi team pulled together to get through the challenging last few months and congratulations to those promoted. We’re excited about the future and producing high quality, effective work for our clients across the islands and globally”.
