Collas Crill has appointed Dave Marshall as an associate in its dispute resolution team in its BVI office.
Since he was called to the Barbados Bar as an Attorney-At-Law in 2011, Dave has gained a broad civil and commercial litigation background and has appeared in the High Court in Barbados and in all courts in the BVI up to the Eastern Caribbean Court of Appeal. In 2015 he was called to the Bar of the BVI as a Barrister.
His role at Collas Crill sees him focusing primarily on insolvency and restructuring; director and shareholder disputes; contentious probate matters and freezing injunctions.
Ian Montgomery, managing partner of the BVI office, said: “Dispute resolution is a thriving department in our BVI office and Dave’s experience will help to further strengthen this. The team has worked on a number of high value matters in the last year and 2020 looks to be another busy year.”
