ArtHouse Jersey is seeking a new member of staff to coordinate and deliver their projects in the local community.

The local arts organisation deliver a number of community focused projects including Cake & Cabaret, Mavericks, the Face of Liberation and the Children’s Creative Retreats. They are now seeking a Community Producer to take responsibility for delivering these and other projects to those Islanders who may have the least access and the potential to benefit most.

The successful candidate will be dedicated to community outreach, developing partnerships with government and Jersey’s wide array of third sector organisations and ensuring that ArtHouse Jersey is contributing to society through its programme. An important part of the role will be identifying areas of need & developing new ideas to serve our community, as well as the collection of evidence so as to enable measurement of the effectiveness of our projects.

Key requirements are a passion and track record in developing and delivering community projects, a thorough knowledge of the third sector and community groups, along with a keen interest for the arts. For more information, potential candidates should visit: https://www.arthousejersey.je

Tom Dingle, Director of ArtHouse Jersey, said: “Making a meaningful impact in our community through the arts is central to our mission. For many years we have worked closely with a range of partners in government and the third sector and are delighted to be recruiting for a new member of the team who will be dedicated to this important area of our work.”
