Kings Premier Health Club is taking fitness into futuristic lands and experiences with the launch of its new Immersive Cycling Studio this weekend, featuring The Trip from Les Mills. The immersive workout, which is currently only available in a handful of cities worldwide engages the senses and is being hailed across the globe as the future of fitness.
One of the first groups to take advantage of the new Immersive Studio will be the Guernsey cycling charity ‘Only Fools and Donkeys’ who are once again partnering with Kings for training support ahead of their next fundraising challenge. ‘Mule Aquitaine’ is a six-day journey from Niort to Bordeaux, which will see participants cycle up to 100 miles a day raising money for a range of local charities in the process.
Co-founder, Ray Smart says it will make a real difference;
“Often the preparations for these endurance events can be the hardest part of the challenge, but the launch of this Immersive Studio will take our preparations to a whole new level. You really don’t feel like you are working out at all and yet when you look at the stats from your personal fitness device, you realise just how hard you have been pushing yourself – it’s a real win-win!”
