Guernsey and Alderney airports have further reduced their opening hours.
As of Monday 27 April, the revised opening times include complete closure on Sunday for Guernsey Airport, and full weekend closure for Alderney Airport until the end of May.
The new opening hours come in response to fewer passengers on the remaining ‘lifeline services’ between Guernsey and Alderney and Guernsey and Southampton. The Bailiwick closed its borders to all but essential travel in March to contain the spread of Covid-19.
There are no changes to current medevac operations, including the transportation of urgent medical and pathology supplies.
