Matthew Wintour, previously Relationship Manager, is promoted to Head of Adviser Solutions. Matthew has over a decade of experience in the financial services industry and joined Brooks Macdonald International four years ago, having relocated from London where his career spanned both wealth management and private client stockbroking, including six years at Lubbock Fine.

Peter Musker, previously Business Development Manager, is promoted to Head of Trustee Solutions. Peter has over 10 years’ experience in the financial services industry holding a STEP qualification in International Trust Management. Prior to joining Brooks Macdonald in 2016, Peter worked at Jersey Finance where he was responsible for the planning, delivery and management of multi-jurisdictional campaigns for the island’s financial services industry.

These appointments demonstrate the firm’s commitment to the Trustee and Financial Adviser sectors and allow for dedicated resources to support their development.

Brooks Macdonald International is also delighted to welcome two new additions to the compliance team. Gavin Smith joins as Head of Compliance – International, based in Jersey, and Josephine Ogier joins as Compliance Officer, MLCO & MLRO in Guernsey. Gavin worked previously with Intertrust, where he had been holding a senior position within the Group Compliance team, while Josephine previously worked with Utmost Wealth International where she was a Compliance Manager in Corporate Governance.

Andrew Shepherd, Brooks Macdonald International CEO, said: “The strength of Brooks Macdonald’s relationships with advisers, trustees and clients is founded on having the best people. Matthew and Peter have been vital to our growth and we are proud to recognise their contributions to our firm’s success with these promotions. We are also pleased to welcome Gavin and Josephine to the Brooks Macdonald family.

“These appointments signify Brooks Macdonald’s commitment to providing best-in-class solutions alongside exceptional customer service to the Channel Islands and further afield.”
