Livingroom Estate Agents has added three new creatives to further strengthen and expand the Channel Islands’ award-winning agency design team.
Tom Coule, Ben Le Marchant and Ollie Stenning have joined the pan-island estate agency to increase the size of the dedicated in-house creative team to six people.
Livingroom has had quality design at its heart since it was founded in 2006 and the new recruits join Founder, CEO Simon Torode, who has a background in design, photography and brand positioning; Emy De La Mare who specialises in brand management and corporate promotion; and professional photographer, training coach and drone pilot Andrew Habin in the dedicated team.
Tom has previously worked for ITV Channel and is an experienced videographer who will add to Livingroom’s evolving video offering for vendors.
Ben has a degree in Graphic Design from Arts University Bournemouth and will work on the visual elements of Livingroom’s presentation – to include floor plans, agency publications, branding and social media content.
Ollie is a keen photographer, responsible for capturing some of the Channel Islands’ most stunning properties in their best light. He joined the agency as part of an incentive to provide creative jobs in the islands and will receive professional training to enhance his skills.
