Collas Crill has been recognised in the Chambers and Partners UK 2020 rankings across its Guernsey and Jersey teams, with departments and individuals awarded.
Guernsey’s property department, praised for providing a ‘first-class service’ by one client, is again ranked highest with a Band 1 listing. Head of the department, Partner Jason Green is recognised at the same level on an individual basis.
Both islands’ dispute resolution departments keep their places within Band 2, along with Jersey property.
For the first time, Jersey’s international private client and trusts team (IPCT) led by Partner Kellyann Ozouf, is ranked within Band 3, joining its Guernsey counterparts.
Kellyann is also recognised individually, described as ‘very personable, efficient and gives good practical advice’ by a source.
A number of lawyers are recognised for the first time including Sean Cheong, Partner and head of Guernsey’s banking and finance team, and Partner Michael Adkins who works in dispute resolution.
Group Managing Partner, Jason Romer commented: “The Chambers and Partners rankings are yet more proof of our ongoing passion for exceptional client service. We are delighted to be recognised across practice areas in both islands.
“Huge congratulations must go to our Jersey private client and trusts team who rightfully take their place in the rankings this year, as well as Guernsey property who retain the highest position.”
