Deloitte in the islands and Gibraltar has announced 65 promotions across its four offices.
62 people have been promoted in the audit and advisory teams, with three promotions in tax across Guernsey, Jersey, the Isle of Man and Gibraltar.
The Guernsey office is celebrating 18 promotions, whilst 27 in Jersey have reached new career milestones. 13 staff have been promoted in Gibraltar and seven in the Isle of Man.
The two most senior promotions are Nickie Paul and Mike De Robillard from Guernsey, who have risen to the new Associate Partner role in the audit team.
The latest round of promotions enables the firm to build on the success seen since last year when Deloitte’s offices in the Channel Islands, Gibraltar and the Isle of Man joined forces to create a single audit and advisory offering across the four offshore jurisdictions.

In Guernsey, Mike De Robillard and Nickie Paul have been promoted to Associate Partner, both have enjoyed long-term careers with Deloitte in Guernsey, with Nickie spending over 27 years with the firm.
In Guernsey, Matt Fisher has been promoted to Director. Matt joined Deloitte in 2011 after he graduated with BSc in Geography from Durham University and over the last 11 years, has developed his career locally with Deloitte. In Jersey, Rob Sinden has also been promoted to Director. Rob joined Deloitte in September 2005 after graduating from the University of Southampton with a BSc in Biology. Rob has enjoyed a long-term career with Deloitte in Jersey, spending 16 years with the firm.
In audit, Stanley Napwanga in Guernsey and Temwani Kapila, Salman Qadeer and Chika Ugeeh in Jersey have been promoted to Senior Manager. Sarah Simon in the advisory team has also been promoted to Senior Manager. Rising to Manager level in Guernsey are Saif Adi, Jenno Pedernal and Tyrone Pillay and in Jersey, Emma Shirreffs, Munyaradzi Chitiyo, Temitayo Fatokun and Gunisha Kohli. Across the islands, 26 have been promoted to Assistant Manager.
In tax, Guernsey’s Marielle Fritsch has risen to Associate Director. Marielle joined Deloitte in Guernsey over five years ago and works across industries including private equity, real estate, manufacturing and retail. Sharukh Wahab has become a consultant for the Guernsey tax team. In Jersey, Callum Kyle has also been promoted to become an experienced consultant for the team.
