Consumers nationwide are being offered free personal financial planning sessions by financial planners. The aim is to give everyone a helping hand to achieve financial wellbeing, resilience and life goal planning, which this year is more important than ever with the backdrop of the global pandemic
Integritas Wealth Partners is supporting the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment’s (CISI) Financial Planning Week and will be holding free, one hour consultations which can be booked with Integritas Wealth Partners in advance, and during the week commencing 5 October, via www.integritaswealth.je
The annual campaign, organised by the not-for profit professional body the CISI, is a national initiative to help improve the financial fitness of the public.
Consumers throughout the British Isles are being encouraged to think about how they feel towards their finances, the benefits financial planning provides and to take up the offer of a free session with a local qualified professional financial planner via cisi.org/findaplanner
Jacqueline Lockie, Chartered FCSI, CISI’s Head of Financial Planning said: “Our financial planner professionals are particularly conscious this year how many families across the nation will have had their lives impacted by Covid-19, either through illness, bereavement, facing unemployment or other challenging job situations. Financial Planning Week will be an opportunity for consumers to arrange some free, professional financial guidance sessions, to allow our planners to offer a steadying hand and help them plan for their financial future.”
During Financial Planning Week, financial planners and their firms will be:
- Offering free consultation surgeries, via video call (Skype, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom) or over the phone for members of the public
- Opportunities for consumers to “Ask a Planner” a question in online sessions or offer written responses to individuals’ queries
- Providing talks to local schools across the country to share the merits of the financial planning profession as a career
- Sharing their articles, guides and case studies on cisi.org/FPWeek
