About the presenter:
Jenny (pictured) is an experienced wellbeing consultant with a Masters in Organisational Psychology and is the Chief Operating Officer of Anova, a wellbeing platform that helps businesses to measure and manage wellbeing. Jenny applies her knowledge of psychological theory in the workplace to help organisations become more aware of their social and ethical people responsibilities. With years of education and experience under her belt, Jenny is well positioned to offer evidence-based and innovative solutions to organisational challenges. Having lived and worked in Melbourne, Australia for over seven years, Jenny now lives in Jersey and has been focusing on developing the global wellbeing tool, Anova, which is backed by Marbral Advisory.
