Spark and Flow: An evening of poetry
Emilie Epperlein is preforming in an evening of unexpected poetry called ‘Spark & Flow’ with the Jersey Festival of Words on Saturday 28th September.
Emilie has previously preformed on Sky Arts BAFTA-winning poetry TV show ‘Life and Rhymes’ and moved to Jersey 3 years ago, ready and raring to stir up the spoken word scene. She said: “I have met many fascinating poets here and for this evening have gathered together a unique trio whose diverse life experience and perspectives will make for a surprising show that is designed to make the audience think, laugh and light a fire in their bellies.
“Together we will be shedding new light on topics like loneliness in motherhood, LGBTIA+ rights, how to eat pickles and more!”
The night will be anything but what you might imagine an evening of poetry to be like. Think more rock and roll. This poetry evening is designed to spark your mind and soul.
