Jersey Children’s Day
The Government of Jersey is delighted to announce the annual celebration of Jersey Children’s Day will take place on Sunday 13 July 2025.
The free and fun event, to be held in Howard Davis Park again, is dedicated to recognising and celebrating the Island’s children and young people and advocating for their well-being and rights.
Support for Jersey Children’s Day continues to grow each year with almost 10,000 attendees in 2024, as well as 60 charities and community groups and more than 300 volunteers helping to provide fun and free engaging activities alongside youth performers throughout the day on stage.
Children’s Day was established following a recommendation by a Citizen’s Panel that responded to the Independent Jersey Care Inquiry.
The Minister for Children and Families Connétable Richard Vibert said: “Jersey Children’s Day is a wonderful opportunity to show our appreciation for the young people in our community. It is a day to celebrate their achievements, support their aspirations, and ensure their voices are heard. We are committed to creating an environment where every child in Jersey can thrive.”
Jersey Children’s Day offers a wide range of activities and events for children and families across the Island. From educational workshops and fun games to live performances and interactive exhibitions, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
