Be the Change: Gender Equity Conference 2025

The highly anticipated Gender Equity Conference 2025 will take place at the Royal Yacht Hotel in Jersey, bringing together an inspiring lineup of local and UK-based speakers to discuss and advocate for gender equity across key areas of work, health, and play.

The conference will feature esteemed speakers, including Dame Lesley Regan, the UK’s Women’s Health Ambassador; Helen Tomlinson, the UK Government’s first Menopause Employment Champion; and Lee Chambers, an award-winning psychologist and inclusion advocate. Joining them are local speakers Alex Ruddy, Katie de la Cloche, Libby Barnett, and Alison Pell, who will share their expertise and experiences in driving gender equity within Jersey and beyond.

Designed to spark meaningful conversations and drive actionable change, the conference will explore critical topics such as workplace inclusivity, access to healthcare, and the role of community leadership in achieving gender parity. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with experts, participate in panel discussions, and network with like-minded individuals committed to fostering a more equitable society.
