Senior IT Technician
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and proactive Senior IT Technician to play a key role in supporting and maintaining a professional services firm’s internal IT infrastructure.
Reporting to the Senior Partner and working alongside another Senior IT Technician, you will provide frontline and back-end technical support across multiple systems and platforms.
This hands-on role includes responsibility for networking, server administration, virtualisation, user support, and maintaining compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO:27001 standards.
You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation and security of the firm’s IT systems, with the autonomy to manage complex technical issues while collaborating across departments.
