
Corporate Relationship Manager
Skipton International is a locally run bank dedicated to providing the best possible experience for our customers. As a dynamic and growing organisation, we are looking for a talented Corporate Relationship Manager to join our team and provide dedicated relationship management.
The holder of this role will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers with accountability for sales, service, risk, and operational delivery.
You will provide exceptional service and build and maintain strong relationships with Skipton International’s corporate customers.
Key accountabilities
- Take responsibility for account opening, account maintenance, and service delivery to ensure customer expectations are managed effectively.
- Manage and develop strong relationships with new and existing corporate customers. Be the primary contact for client enquiries, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Own, identify, and pursue opportunities with targeted customers and new business opportunities.
- Identify and be involved in the execution of sales opportunities.
- Own the corporate customer risk assessment, periodic reviews, and onboarding in a timely manner and to a high standard. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Champion the experience customers have with Skipton and ensure outcomes are achieved that are appropriate for customers.

Requirements
- Degree level education or equivalent professional experience in Business/Banking.
- Proven work experience as a Corporate Relationship Manager or a similar role in the banking industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyse, understand, and assess risks and opportunities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to engage across teams.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple corporate customers.
- Understanding of the savings market and banking products.
- Excellent sales skills with the ability to negotiate.
