
Business Control Officer
Our client is seeking an experienced Business Control Officer to support financial and fiduciary operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices. The ideal candidate will have strong financial industry experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure business operations align with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to monitor operational controls and risk management frameworks

- Assist in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures

Qualifications and experience:
- At least 8 years of experience in the financial services industry, particularly in the fiduciary sector
- Strong knowledge of relevant financial legislation and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to liaise across teams and jurisdictions
- High level of English proficiency, both written and verbal
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel)
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
