Customer Operations Representative
Skipton International is a dynamic, locally run bank. Skipton International has an exciting opportunity in our Customer Operations Department.
The purpose of this position is to provide and excellent customer service by way of telephone calls, e-mails and personal callers to the office and be an efficient, professional and friendly face for Skipton International.
Key accountabilities
- To provide a first-class customer service
- To communicate in an effective, efficient and friendly manner
- To provide accurate and relevant information when answering phone calls
- To provide Reception cover and associated duties as and when required
- To assist with responding to the Info Line within Company Service Standards
- To assist with responding to the daily Work Lists within Company Service Standards
- To deliver support for Skipton International Online
- Adhere to CPD (Continued Professional Development) requirements in accordance with qualification level and in-house procedures.
- Adhere to the Skipton International core values and expected behaviours.
- Perform any other duties as deemed necessary by management.

- A-C in Maths and English at GCSE level or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication
