DESCRIPTION:This year is a huge year for the Vale Earth Fair.\nWe are very excited to be celebrating the 50th anniversary of the festival on 30th August 2026. We have some old favourites that we are very excited to see return as well as some new faces to our stages. Expect to hear a huge variety of music, spoken word and entertainment throughout the castle which will be filled with local and visiting talent across our 6 stages.\nThe Vale Earth Fair is the Channel Islands’ longest running music and arts festival and has established itself as a regular fixture on the UK festival circuit, attracting some big-name festival acts such as Bob Vylan, Skindred, Roots Manuva, Buzzcocks, Alabama 3, Asian Dub Foundation, The Jungle Brothers, and Neville Staple in previous years.\nWe would like to thank the Tourism Management Board this year for providing us with a grant which will help to make our 50th anniversary event even bigger than ever!\nWe are thrilled to announce that psychedelic electronic legends The Orb will be this year’s headliner for Vale Earth Fair 50.\nThe Orb are joined by The Dynamics from Lyon in France. Blending soul, reggae, funk, and dub, The Dynamics have captivated global audiences since 2006 with their electrifying live performances and genre-defying covers. Their debut Version Excursions became a DJ favourite worldwide, and they’ve toured extensively across Europe, Japan, and the Middle East. Now backed by members of the Red Rockers Sound System, they return with their latest album Drag’n’Fly—a fresh chapter in their ongoing musical journey.\nThis is just a selection of what you can expect from this bigger-than-ever celebration with many many more to be announced over the coming weeks.\n
