And step into our Demo Area!\nAttendees will have the opportunity to participate in interactive demonstrations and try a variety of activities designed to promote physical activity and social engagement, including:\n\nBoxing,\nPickleball,\nPadel,\nPétanque (soft version for indoors!) ,\nWalking with poles,\nAerobic-based dance,\nWalking football\nAccessible cycling.\n\nWhether you live with Parkinson’s, care for someone who does, or simply want to learn more – everyone is welcome.\nDon’t miss the opportunity to: Ask questions, Make connections and Try activities.\nSave the date.
