DESCRIPTION:The Institute of Directors (IoD) Jersey Digital Subcommittee is hosting a thought-provoking breakfast event on 23 October 2025, titled ‘The AI-Ready Leader – Human Functionality in an Age of Co-intelligence.’\nThis timely session, sponsored by Prosperity 24/7, will explore the existential challenge facing leaders in a world increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence.\nAs AI continues to reshape industries and infiltrate boardroom agendas, many organisations are responding through technology committees and HR-led workforce planning. Yet few have confronted the deeper question: what does leadership mean when brainwork can be outsourced to machines?\nThis event will challenge attendees to reimagine leadership in the age of co-intelligence. Drawing on insights from Dr Eve Poole’s acclaimed books, Robot Souls and Leadersmithing, the session will examine the thresholds AI has already crossed, what remains uniquely human in leadership, and how we can future proof ourselves and those we lead.\nIan Webb, Chair, IoD Jersey Digital Committee commented: “I am looking forward to welcoming Dr Eve Poole to this IoD Jersey event.
