DESCRIPTION:Prepare to be captivated by the majesty, grace, and timeless appeal of equestrian life at EQUUS: Art of the Horse, an extraordinary exhibition set to coincide with the highly anticipated 2025 Jersey Horse of the Year Show, creating a perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of equestrian artistry.\nThe exhibition opens on the evening of the 18th September, 5:30 – 7:30pm, at CCA Galleries International and continues until October 17, 2025.\nThis exhibition is a celebration of all things horse and equestrian life and brings together a stunning selection of paintings, drawings, prints, photographs, collages, poetry and sculpture by an exceptional lineup of artists, including: Nic Fiddian Green, Carol Ann Sutherland, Raewyn Riva, Kay Le Seelleur Ara, Elizabeth Armstrong, David Ormsby, Madalin Spataru, Jason Butler, Pierre Benjamin, Peter Blake, Barbara Pustelnik, Rosemary Blackmore, Juliet St John Nicolle, Catherine Hamilton, Sharon Champion, Leo Wilding, Janine Graham, Alice Leng and Nick Romeril.\nThis will be the first time that CCA Galleries International presents an exhibition focussing on the horse and we have sought to select works across multiple disciplines, from sculpture to poetry, and from artists who use different approaches and styles to depicting the horse.\n\nPictured: Barbara Pustelnik, Not a Loch Ness Monster\n
