SUMMARY:Live at the Barracks 2025: Emily Faye
DESCRIPTION:ArtHouse Jersey is proud to announce the return of its much-loved Live at the Barracks music series, now bolstered by a new partnership with Oakglen Wealth as headline sponsor.\nThis year’s series shines a spotlight on emerging and locally cherished talent, set against the intimate and atmospheric backdrop of the historic barracks at Greve de Lecq, ArtHouse Jersey’s HQ. Each performance in the series embraces a stripped-back, acoustic approach, with artists sharing stories behind their songs and creative process, offering audiences a rare and personal connection to the music.\nKicking off the series on Friday 22 August is acclaimed singer-songwriter Emily Faye, whose distinctive blend of pop and country has won praise from Rolling Stone magazine as ‘one to watch’. With roots in Jersey and a first-class honours degree in songwriting, Emily brings both professionalism and passion to the stage. As co-founder of the ‘Write Like A Girl’ movement, which champions female voices in music, her stripped-back, storytelling performance promises to be an emotive and empowering start to the season.\nEmily will be followed by two more standout artists; Nic Dinnie who will perform on Friday 24 October and Joe Rogerson on Friday 28 November.\nDirector of ArtHouse Jersey, Tom Dingle, said: “We’re thrilled to be bringing Live at the Barracks back with the support of Oakglen Wealth. This series creates space for artists to connect with audiences in an honest, stripped-back way, and having Emily Faye open the season sets the tone beautifully. It’s about storytelling, emotion and sharing creativity in a truly special setting.”\nManaging Director of Oakglen Wealth Jersey, Allan Stewart, said:  “We’re incredibly proud to partner with ArtHouse Jersey as headline sponsor of Live at the Barracks 2025. At Oakglen Wealth, we believe in supporting the communities we serve and nurturing the creative spirit that makes Jersey such a vibrant place to live and work.”\nInvestment Director of Oakglen Wealth Jersey, Michael Clarke, added: “This series offers something truly special — a chance to experience authentic and emerging talent in an intimate setting that celebrates artistry and connection. We’re thrilled to help bring these powerful performances to life and look forward to an unforgettable series of music.”\n
