DESCRIPTION:Please join us at our Annual Stakeholder Meeting to mark the publication of CIFO’s 2024 Annual Report and Financial Statements.\nThis is an opportunity to hear from our Chair, Antony Townsend, and to ask questions of our Board and the Principal Ombudsman.\nOur Chair will share the highlights from our 2024 Annual Report, and give you an overview of what CIFO is seeing as new emerging complaint issues and what are CIFO Board’s objectives for 2025. After the Chair’s presentation, there will be a Q&A panel session.\nTo submit questions both in advance or during this event, you can do this via the ‘Q&A’ function on the online meeting platform. Please be advised that due to time constraints not all questions may be answered during the meeting.
