DESCRIPTION:Following an initial meeting of interested charities, the group would like to set a follow-up date to invite all interested charities for a ‘brainstorming’ session on how charities within the mental health space can best collaborate and provide input & insight into government workstreams.\nMany charities and organisations are directly or indirectly involved in supporting individuals with mental health challenges. With the upcoming States set to appoint a Deputy responsible for Mental Health, this is a timely opportunity to strengthen the relationship between the Government and the third sector.\nWe invite all those with an interest in Mental Health and Wellbeing to join us for an initial meeting to:\n\nExplore how the third sector and Government can collaborate more effectively\nBegin shaping a shared vision and plan for the future\nEstablish clear lines of communication and liaison with relevant Government representatives\n\n
