Alongside her EMCC and ICF accreditation and MSc in Coaching & Behavioural Change from Henley Business School, Anny is currently conducting doctoral research in coaching and mentoring at Oxford Brookes University, bringing the latest research insights and approaches to leadership coaching.\nAnny’s thoughtful approach creates a safe space for learning, reflection and exploration. She draws on evidence-based practices and her own coaching skills to facilitate meaningful change and help leaders deal with business challenges while staying connected with their values and goals.\n
