DESCRIPTION:The world needs excellent leadership.\nHuman, people-centered intelligence that enables any leader and manager to lead themselves, inspire others, foster a healthy team culture and by doing so, to meet the demands of the organisation.\nDesigned for anyone in a management role, leadership position, NextGen in any type of organisation. Great for individuals and for teams. Each participant will take a self-awareness psychometric survey prior to the conference, providing a strong reference point throughout.\nComprising a blend of talks, discussion and workshop style exercises, the day will be active, practical and stimulating. The Leaders team – Phil, Kareena and Nicole – will speak and facilitate throughout, bringing their expertise in applying insights from self-awareness psychometric surveys and experiences across the CI and UK.\nThe key themes for the day are:\n\nKnow yourself – understand your personality style, mindsets and motivators.\nLead yourself – practical strategies to play to your strengths and address blindspots.\nKnow others – empathy, healthy respect and trust.\nLead others – inspire others to achieve great things.\n\nEvery participant will take a self-awareness psychometric survey prior to the conference (link and passcode included in the confirmation email).\nThe conference is cabaret style, around tables of 8 to 10. You can book as individuals or as a team of 6 to 10 people. When booking as a team, please include a note with your booking and/or we can design a specific ticket for you if preferred.\n
