SUMMARY:Grief Café
DESCRIPTION:The Grief Café looks to ‘Shine a Light’ on grief and the support available for the Manx community.\nCruse Bereavement Support Isle of Man and Hospice Isle of Man have joined forces to promote National Grief Awareness Week.\nNational Grief Awareness Week is held annually from 2nd December to 8th December and is a dedicated time to raise awareness of the impact of grief and loss. This year’s theme is ‘Shine a Light’ which aims to illuminate the outstanding people, places and projects that can help.\nTo mark this occasion Cruse Bereavement Support Isle of Man and Hospice Isle of Man will be ‘Shining a Light’ on Grief and the support services available to the Manx community with a drop in Grief Café. The event will provide a chance for members of the public to drop in and find out more about both charities and there will also be information about volunteering opportunities at Hospice Isle of Man.\nCruse Bereavement Support Isle of Man are the leading providers of bereavement support and information for children, young people and adults. Hospice Isle of Man are the experts in the provision of specialist palliative and end of life care, which includes supporting individuals and their loved ones every step of the way.
