DESCRIPTION:Between 25 November and 13 December 2024 the Government of Jersey are seeking to recruit more foster carers from across the island.\nThis campaign is particularly looking to recruit carers who would like to provide a home for teenagers but everyone is welcome to drop by if they have an interest in becoming a foster carer.\nEver thought about fostering a teenager? Fostering a teen isn’t just life-changing for them – it’s deeply rewarding for you too.\nImagine guiding someone through life’s challenges, cheering them on, and growing together along the way.\nMany carers say they gain a sense of purpose and pride knowing they’re making a lasting impact on a young person’s life. Open your heart and home to a teenager.\nThe Fostering and Adoption Jersey team will be in the Work Café, on Thursday 12th and Friday 13th December 12.00pm – 2.00pm, no need to book just drop in and find out more.\n
