DESCRIPTION:24% people in the UK have a disability so creating an inclusive workplace is critical.\nDespite recent improvements in legislation there is still a huge disparity for people who are disabled. This includes lower employment rates.\nDirectors have legal, statutory and moral responsibilities for ensuring workplaces are inclusive for all.
