DESCRIPTION:This September we are proud to support Pride in Sport, a campaign sponsored by EY to raise awareness and tackle the issues of racism, homophobia, biphobia and transphobia in sport. In collaboration with EY and Liberate, we are committed to creating an environment where everyone feels included, safe and welcome.\nSport and physical activity have the power to unite people, but it can also become the environment where individuals allow feelings of hate and prejudice to prevail. Why does sport have these problems? Is it unique to sport or part of being human? And what can we do about it as leaders in our sports organisations, or in the moment as officials, coaches, volunteers or participants to promote positive change?\nThis workshop will be delivered in partnership with Liberate Jersey and will take a look at issues of Diversity, Inclusion, Fairness, Equality, Respect and Acceptance within sport and physical activity. Providing practical applications and top tips of how to ensure inclusivity within your sporting offer.\n
