DESCRIPTION:Please join the Channel Islands Financial Ombudsman (CIFO), Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC) and the Jersey Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU), in conjunction with Jersey Finance for a Joint Panel Discussion on ‘Complaints Handling Good Practices’. This panel discussion is aimed at industry stakeholders working predominantly in the banking and investment sectors.\nAttendees will have the opportunity to discuss good practices with the panel: CIFO’s Principal Ombudsman and Chief Executive (Douglas Melville), JFSC’s Senior Manager for Banking (Carol Bisson), JFSC’s Senior Manager for Investment and Insurance Business (Rachael Chinnery), and the Director of Jersey’s FIU (Jonathan Groom). This in-person event will be moderated by Jersey Finance’s Head of Legal and Technical (Lisa Springate) and is a great opportunity to network and gain valuable knowledge on complaint handling good practices in the banking and investment sectors.\nPlease join us on Tuesday June 18 2024 at the Lazy Jack Lounge, The Royal Yacht. Breakfast and registration will be available from 8.30am with the event commencing at 9.00am.
