DESCRIPTION:Has your family signed up to be part of the messiest and most colourful fun charity days in Jersey?\nAppleby Jersey is proud to sponsor the family-friendly Family Nursing & Home Care Colour Festival for the third year running. And are especially excited to be awarding a £500 cash prize to the school with the most pupils signed up! What a great reason to get the whole family taking part!\nBook now to secure a place to support this incredible charity. All funds raised go towards helping children’s palliative care.\nTo participate in Family Nursing & Home Care’s Colour Festival, sign-up today! Individuals must be aged 3 and over to participate. All funds raised go towards the important work of our Paediatric Palliative Care Worker who cares for children with life-threatening and/or life-limiting conditions. The tickets for this event are non-transferable and non-refundable.\nTicket price includes a Colour Festival T-shirt. These will be available for collection from Rock & Road (Liberty Wharf) two weeks prior to the event. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact fundraising@fnhc.org.je.\nFamily Nursing & Home Care’s Colour Festival is a 5km fun run/walk on the beach in which the participants are covered from head to toe in different coloured powder at each paint station set up around the course.\nThe event welcomes families, corporate teams and groups of friends who want to take part in a worthwhile and fun event. There will be stage with a DJ on the beach to get everyone warmed up, stretched down and keep the crowd entertained throughout.\nThe event will take place on Saturday 18th May 2024 from 09.30 – 12.00 in St Aubin’s Bay (the West Park end, near La Fregate). Participants are required to arrive by 09.00 for check-in and warm-up. The first wave of runners will start at 10.00. The colour blast ‘paint the sky’ will take place at 11.40.
