DESCRIPTION:Following on from the successful Community Healthcare – Have your Say events earlier in 2023, Family Nursing and Home Care (FNHC) are hosting the next in the series on Thursday 28 September.\nThe event will be held at the Pomme d’Or Hotel from 1730 – 1900.\nAt this event discussions will be around long term breathing problems and how to improve treatments here in Jersey to enable islander’s quality of life and health to improve whilst receiving more care at home or nearer to home.\nIf you or people you care about suffer with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or bronchiectasis, FNHC would particularly like to hear from you about your thoughts on how your care could be improved.\nDuring the Community Healthcare – Have your Say event we will also hear from experts working with new innovations that are making a real difference to people with long term breathing conditions.\nThe event will provide a platform to communicate the voice of Islanders and to understand what our community believes we need to do to improve services.\n
