SUMMARY:Macmillan Jersey wellbeing retreat
DESCRIPTION:The retreat will allow individuals to dedicate some personal time for themselves and their health and will consist of a number of activities designed to help restore a sense of balance and wellbeing. A mixture of indoor and outdoor activities will include yoga, pilates, sound bath, breathwork & ice bath, relaxation, and forest bathing walk.\nA healthy dinner will be provided as well as healthy snacks and refreshments throughout the day.\nSpaces are limited to 50 people, with early booking recommended.\nTicket price is £30 (please note that the ticket price is to cover costs of the event and no profits are being made by Macmillan Jersey).\n
