SUMMARY:Learn the traits of high performing leaders
DESCRIPTION:The world needs high performing, effective leaders more than ever before and to begin 2023, IoD Jersey is hosting Rob Coulthard, leadership consultant and coach, for a free webinar in January, that aims to help identify the key traits required for success.\nMr Coulthard believes that values and good judgement and not necessarily personality, are the key. As the founder of the Judgement Index, he has worked with major organisations, across industries, to help facilitate dramatic change and improve staff retention, culture, and performance.\nThe webinar on Tuesday January 24th, will focus on giving leaders tools for success, including looking at common traits in outstanding leaders, strengths that can become barriers, the relationship between Mindset, Emotions and Behaviour, and the need to build resilience and manage stress.\nThe webinar will be hosted by IoD Jersey Chair, Natasha Egré: “I’m hugely grateful that Rob has agreed to deliver this free webinar for IoD Jersey, ‘The World Needs High Performing Leaders’. I have experienced Rob’s coaching first hand and he is exceptional. He has taught elite leaders working in some of the toughest industries and now he will pass on some of that knowledge to our audience. I would urge anyone who values good leadership not to miss this.”\nRob Coulthard started his career in the British army and since leaving the forces in 2004 he continued to work and support a variety of military units such as training the Royal Marines Commando Coaching Advisory Team and the Royal Naval Leadership Academy. He has worked with a variety of organisations around the world, including sport, academic, military, and corporates. He now brings that expertise to a Jersey audience. Rob says: “I’m delighted to have the opportunity to share some knowledge and experience with the IoD audience.  Just be prepared to be challenged! I will be inviting attendees to look deep inside themselves to measure those finite margins that separate good from great”.\nThe one-hour webinar will include a question and answer session where Rob Coulthard will be joined by Rebecca Batten, Chair of the new IoD Jersey Workplace Wellbeing Sub-committee, and fellow Sub-Committee member and leadership corporate wellbeing expert, Jenny Winspear.\n‘The World Needs High Performing Leaders’ will take place at 10am-11am, Tuesday January 24th.\n
