DESCRIPTION:Not one, not two but three festive weekends…\nWe’re delighted to announce that this year, with kind permission of the Bailiff, we are bringing the Genuine Jersey Simply Christmas markets in St Helier’s historic Royal Square for THREE four-day weekends, to really kick off the festive season.\nThe Genuine Jersey Simply Christmas markets will bring you a labyrinth of stalls oozing with festive magic, beautiful gifts and tasty treats sold by more than 60 local artisans and producers.\nGenuine Jersey Chief Executive John Garton said: “Being able to bring the Genuine Jersey Simply Christmas Markets back to the Royal Square last year was just incredible, so good that this year we’re going to be running over not just two, but three four-day weekends. We really hope that this is the start of a new tradition for the festive calendar.\n“As with previous years there will be hot food, drinks, and a programme of live music and entertainment throughout the three weekends, making the markets the perfect place to buy unique gifts directly from the artisans who have created and produced them, while soaking up the atmosphere and embracing the festive cheer.\n“Being able to extend over three weekends wouldn’t be possible for us without input from local businesses Signtech CI, Fetch.je and TEAM Asset Management, we simply wouldn’t be able to provide our Members with this fabulous platform to sell their goods if it wasn’t for them. A special thanks must also go to the Bailiff’s office and also the Soup Kitchen organisers who have worked together to allow us to take on the third weekend.”\nThe Markets will be open:-\n\nThursday 24 Nov, 1 & 8 Dec from 10:00 to 20:00 (late night shopping in St Helier)\nFriday 25 Nov, 2 Dec & 9 Dec from 10:00 to 18:00\nSaturday 26 Nov, 3 Dec & 10 from 10:00 to 18:00\nSunday 27 Nov, 6 Dec & 11 from 10:00 to 17:00\n\n
