DESCRIPTION:Every registered food business in Jersey gets a food safety audit and star rating, based on compliance with the Jersey Food Law and the Food Standards Agency (FSA) Food Safety Code of Practice.​ To ensure that you all are a 5 Star rating, we are running a couple of one hour session with Caroline Maffia, Manager – Food and Public Health.\n\nCross Contamination\nCulture (as in a positive food safety culture, rather than that found at the bottom of an old cup of tea!)\n\nLocation: Virtual, video conference details will be shared 48hrs prior the event.\nAs part of our Chef’s Circle, this is FREE training but please book so we know numbers.\n
