DESCRIPTION:Registration is now open for this year’s annual Jersey Farming Conference 2021 – Farming Horizon, which will take place at La Mare Wine Estate (and on-line) on Thursday 11th November 2021.\nEach year the conference brings the local farming community together with politicians and government officials to hear from industry experts speaking around a central theme, this year that is the Farming Horizon. Topics will include; the challenges the farmers face today, industry advances, crop diversification, new markets and opportunities and environmental considerations.\nFarm Jersey Chief Executive John Garton said “We’re looking forward to another packed Jersey Farming Conference and to welcoming the high calibre of speakers we have joining us from the industry.\n“The Jersey Farming Conference is organised by Farm J ( https://www.farmjersey.je/ )ersey ( https://www.farmjersey.je/ ), with funding from the Government of Jersey, and is once again sponsored by Jersey Water.
